Currently, Tiffany enjoys guiding a variety of yoga and contemplative courses and co-coordinates the Yoga Teacher Training 200 HR Leadership Certificate. Whether teaching beginners or advanced practitioners, she believes that uniting mind and body, even briefly, always helps!
