Siobhan earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Social Science from Portland State University, a Master's in Natural Resources degree from Virginia Tech University and her professional background in the fitness & wellness fields spans over 20 years. Obtaining movement-based certifications, Siobhan is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher 500 hour (RYT-500), Certified Pilates Teacher CPT through the American Sports & Fitness Association, and Certified Primary Barre Instructor through FiTOUR.
As an OSU Physical Activities Courses PAC faculty member and Faculty Staff Fitness instructor, she enjoys supporting students in achieving their learning goals.
Since 2017, Siobhan has taught PAC courses; PAC 296 Fitness Yoga, PAC 201 Relaxation, PAC 194: Pilates Fitball, and Pilates 1. In Fall term 2022, she added PAC 199 Barre/Pilates and PAC 298 Gentle & Restorative Yoga and FSF Core Stability Ball/Yoga to her teaching schedule.
In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and has a life-long background in dance, music, international travel and work experience.
