PAC 296 Vinyasa Yoga

A more dynamic yogic flow that connects movement and breath. Sequences build off postures from Yoga 1 and Yoga 2 and may include holding sustained yoga postures.  Sun Salutations will be covered in depth.  Introduction to the concept of flow with application to the student’s life.

PREREQS: Yoga I & Yoga 2, or 6 months of continual yoga experience.
