PAC 294 Yoga 1
Principles and practice of fundamental yoga poses, techniques of postural alignment, and breath work. Basic yoga philosophy will be introduced, including an overview of the 8-Limbs with particular attention to contemporary application. Students will be encouraged to develop self-reflection practices and perspective taking relative to personal well-being.
