Building off Yoga I, this is an intermediate level course meant to support individuals in developing a deeper yoga practice.  Anatomy and physiology in relation to yogic practices will be introduced. 

PREREQS: PAC 294 Yoga 1 or previous yoga experience.

  • Shoulder Stand (Salamba sarvangasana)
  • Head Stand (Sirasana)
  • Lord of the fish (Maysyendransa)
  • Hand stand (Adho mukha vrksansa) modified
  • Crane
  • Bow (Dhanurasana)
  • Camel pose (Ushtrasana)
  • Plank
  • Half moon (Ardha chandransana)
  • Boat (Navasna)
  • Cow face pose (Gomukhasana)
  • Wheel (Urdhva dhanurasana)
  • Head to knee (Janu sirsasana)
  • Seated forward bend (Paschimottansana)
  • Revolved triangle pose (Parivrtta trikonasana)
  • Three legged downward dog.
  • Ujjayi breath
