PAC 295 Yoga 2
Building off Yoga I, this is an intermediate level course meant to support individuals in developing a deeper yoga practice. Anatomy and physiology in relation to yogic practices will be introduced.
PREREQS: PAC 294 Yoga 1 or previous yoga experience.

- Crane
- Bow (Dhanurasana)
- Camel pose (Ushtrasana)
- Plank
- Half moon (Ardha chandransana)
- Boat (Navasna)
- Cow face pose (Gomukhasana)
- Wheel (Urdhva dhanurasana)
- Head to knee (Janu sirsasana)
- Seated forward bend (Paschimottansana)
- Revolved triangle pose (Parivrtta trikonasana)
- Three legged downward dog.
