Basic wilderness living techniques, knowledge and skills needed for a student to be ethical and efficient, and have the ability to survive in the outdoors. Special emphasis is placed on building shelters, water purification, navigation, awareness, fire, self-sufficiency and caring for groups in the wilderness.
