Lecture includes natural navigation, compass navigation, night and limited visibility procedures, naturalist diving, search and salvage techniques, and deep diving procedures. Lab includes practice of basic open water skills. Successful completion of this class, with attendance on the optional field trip, will lead to your PADI Advanced open water diver SCUBA certification. This course is typically offered in the first 5-week session of each term. 

Additional fee covers most equipment, texts, certification, and open water dive trip.
