The College of Health offers several different minors and certificate programs, on the Corvallis campus, OSU-Cascades and online via Ecampus.

A health minor will give you unique skills and perspectives on how to ensure health and well-being for all — in any future career.

How to declare a minor or certificate

  • Read the information provided on the following pages.
  • For Corvallis and Ecampus, fill out the Change of Program request form.
  • For OSU-Cascades, follow instructions on the OSU-Cascades website.

You do not need to see an advisor to declare a minor, but are certainly welcome to.
