Expanding access to evidence-based insomnia treatment: Provider-focused solutions

Jessee Dietch, PhD

Assistant professor, School of Psychological Sciences, Oregon State University

Dietch is a licensed clinical health psychologist. Her primary clinical interests in sleep disorders (insomnia, nightmares, circadian rhythm disorders) and posttraumatic stress disorder.

She runs the newly founded Sleep Health Assessment, Intervention and Dissemination (SHAID) lab, where we primarily study:

  • development and testing of sleep psychology interventions, including evaluation, adaptation, and dissemination
  • sleep health in special populations and sleep health disparities
  • validation and evaluation of assessments of sleep and sleep disorders
