The ELSI Coaching Core, in collaboration with DELC and other system partners, is working to develop the three tiers of Oregon’s coaching certification system.

First, we developed and published the Oregon Coaching Competencies, upon which the tiers will be based.

Tier 1 is meant to develop a foundational understanding of the Oregon Coaching Competencies through the Foundations in Coaching course.
