Our team is creating a systematic, yet agile, evaluation and measurement plan to inform continuous improvement of the initiative’s activities and goals in partnership with community stakeholders.

This includes identifying meaningful goals that reflect voices from the early childhood workforce and the children and families served, and using traditional and nontraditional approaches to data collection that honor the stories and lived experiences of early childhood educators.
