The Oregon Child Care Alliance evaluation will advance equity for child care providers and the families they serve by helping to ensure that providers who are historically under-served have access to support through the Alliance and can therefore realize the outcomes intended through the Alliance. This requires that both the Alliance and its evaluation be designed to center those providers. In doing this, the evaluation will include both process and outcomes components and will aim to: support learning and application of learning to improve implementation and development of the Alliance; assess the effectiveness of the Alliance in implementing the pilot; and support communication about the Alliance with current and potential partners.
