Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has created significant challenges for Oregon families. In particular, child care and school closures have rearranged family life. This timeline highlights Oregon's child care policy and program responses in the context of broader state executive orders (e.g., state of emergency declarations) during the first six months of the pandemic.
