Why did you choose OSU for your Public Health graduate degree?

OSU is my alma mater, and this program also held the CEPH accreditation I was looking for in an MPH program.

What is your favorite course you have taken so far?

Applied Ergonomics.

Most memorable experience in the program?

The EOH bbq at the end of the year is a blast! CANNOT MISS IT!

What advice would you give someone thinking about getting a graduate degree in Public Health?

Be flexible in your course schedule. Not all classes are offered each year, which is unfortunate. But there are some great classes outside of the College of Health that work well in the EOH discipline.

If you were to recommend the MPH to a close friend, what would you say?

Do you want to be able to win just about every argument at your job? It's kind of hard to argue against making the workplace or environment a safer place to be.

Is there anything else that you would like to comment on or say about the OSU Public Health graduate programs?

The staff is incredible! They are here to see you succeed and will go out of their way to help guide you along the way. It is a very small program so all the instructors know who you are and will get to know you throughout your tenure here as a student.
