Acai Ginger Dressing
Moore Family Center Recipe
Ingredients
- .5 oz Fresh ground ginger
- .5 oz Fresh garlic, minced
- 8 Tb Acai powder, bulk
- 4 fl. oz Tamari sauce
- 10 fl. oz Rice vinegar
- 2 Tb Ground ginger
- .25 ts Kosher salt
- .5 Tb Black pepper, whole peppercorn
- .5 fl. oz Sesame oil
- 10 fl. oz Canola oil
- 1.5 cp Sugar
Directions
Makes 9, 2 - Tbsp servings
- In a 2 quart container, add ginger, garlic, acasi, tamari, rice vinegar, ground ginger, salt, pepper and blend with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Slowly while still emulsifying, add sesame oil, then canola until fully incorporated
- Label and place in cooler.
