For virtual conference registration, you do not need to pre-select sessions. A week before the conference, you will be invited to the conference platform Whova and you can make a personal agenda. To see the sessions available, visit the Schedule page.
Workshops that offer ORO Set Two Training will be designated in the session description. All other workshops will receive ORO Set 1. All workshops will receive Parenting Education Professional Development Core Knowledge Area Training Hours.
Scholarships
2025 Scholarship Options
We anticipate being able to offer scholarships again for the 2025 conference. Exact options and availability is to be determined. For a general sense, please see the 2024 options below.
2024 Scholarship Options
Thanks to our sponsors, we are able to offer $75 scholarships for attendees who meet certain eligibility criteria. Your eligibility for a general scholarship will automatically be determined when you register by answering a few questions about what type of work you do and where you do this work - no scholarship application required! If eligible, the system then automatically applies it as a discount when you check out. These scholarships are available on a first-come basis.
Scholarships can be used towards your in-person or virtual conference registration. Only one scholarship can be applied to a registration. For example, if a person is an Oregon home visitor and also provides parenting education services in a rural area, you will only receive one scholarship. If you have a full discount code, this is done separately and you won't receive an additional scholarship.
For questions regarding scholarships, contact Linse Sullivan at [email protected].
Oregon Home Visitors Scholarships
Sponsored by Maternal Child Health – Maternal Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting at Oregon Health Authority
- In 2024, there are 50 Oregon Home visitor $75 scholarships available on a first-come basis. Additional scholarship may be available from OHA directly - contact us for more information.
