As part of the Office of Planning, Research & Evaluation (OPRE) Child Care Development Block Grant (CCDBG) Implementation Grant, a collaboration between Early Learning Division and Oregon State University, a research project was conducted to examine if participation in two separate interventions increased the likelihood of successful completion of the requirements to become a regulated subsidy (RS) provider, compared to the control group. This report focuses on the participants working through the process to become RS providers.
