Faculty honored with national diversity team award

Associate Professor of Practice Barb Brody, Professor Shannon Lipscomb and Assistant Professor of Practice Megan Pratt received the National ESP Diversity Team Award from Epsilon Sigma Phi (ESP) for their submission, "Tri-Learner Model of Extension Collaboration: Local-State-Campus Partnership.”

This award recognizes outstanding team efforts and accomplishments in developing, implementing and sustaining Extension programs that serve diverse and multicultural audiences.

Epsilon Sigma Phi, founded in 1927 in Bozeman, Montana, is one of the oldest and largest organizations of Extension professionals. Its mission is to foster excellence within the Extension system and to support the development of Extension professionals. For nearly a century, ESP members have worked to strengthen the impact of Extension through research-based education that meets the needs of individuals and communities.
