As a registered dietitian with OSU Extension Service for nearly 18 years, Stephanie Polizzi, MPH, RD, CHES has been teaching nutrition for the prevention and reversal of chronic diet-related diseases. Last year, she published the first Food as Medicine nutrition "handouts" in the Extension Catalog. To date, there are 5 finished with new ones expected to be added in 2023. These were created to benefit both the communities she serves and OSU employees and peers. Great work, Stephanie!
