Want to see your event or announcement on the big screen?

Digital signage is a great way to be seen by many. The five interactive displays we manage are located at:

  • Hallie E. Ford Center
  • Milam Hall 2nd floor
  • Office of Student Success
  • Waldo Hall 4th floor
  • Women's Building Lobby

If you'd like us to post content on our digital displays, please submit the form below. We'll post them as soon as possible in the order they were received. 

Please Note: All content, including photos and information, is subject to approval and will be edited and formatted to fit the medium based on the discretion of the CPHHS Marketing Team.

Please provide all appropriate information below and allow at least 3-5 working days for your submission to appear on signage. Slides may be taken down following the event or after appearing for a few weeks.
