Nutrition Doctoral Student Earns Two Awards in OSU 3MT Competition

Congratulations to Feyisayo (Feyi) Olufemi, a PhD candidate in nutrition, who earned two honors at the 2026 Oregon State University Office of Graduate Studies Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition.

Feyi received second place and the people’s choice award for her presentation, “Can a food label help Americans eat healthier and live longer?”

The 3MT, developed by The University of Queensland in Australia, challenges doctoral students to clearly communicate the background, significance, design and findings of their research to a non-specialist audience in just three minutes.
