Professor granted honorary degree from Thailand university
Professor Bradley J. Cardinal was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (Sports and Exercise Science [Honoris Causa]) from Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand, during the university’s annual commencement ceremony held October 7-10.
For nearly 25 years, Brad has worked with faculty, staff and students at Kasetsart University. In addition to faculty in Sports and Health Science, he has also worked closely with faculty in Education, Department of Physical Education, as well as other institutions throughout Thailand.
Brad took part in the mainstage ceremony along with administrators, faculty and students from the faculty of Sports and Health Science.
In granting the degree, the university’s President, Chongrak Wachrinrat, PhD, stated: “This Honorary Doctorate recognizes your unsurpassed abilities and your life’s contributions to learning, the sciences and to society in the area of Sports and Exercise Science.”
With more than 84,000 students, Kasetsart University is Thailand’s largest university and the nation’s third oldest.
