Rebecca Amantia


As a doctoral student, Rebecca's research interests focused on health and human rights. Her research examined government efforts in human trafficking prevention and protection for victims/survivors.

She also investigated humanitarian crisis responses for maternal and child health, collaborating with a Bangladesh-based NGO serving Rohingya refugees.

Rebecca received the Graduate Fellowships for International Research, which identifies and nurtures leaders who bridge differences in nationality, language, ethnicity, religion, and political systems to address global issues.
