Join Health Care for All Oregon for an informative webinar that focuses on Taiwan's universal health care system, which was modeled on other high-performing national single-payer systems and birthed in 1995.
September 17, 2025 Dr Chi was invited by the Center for Asia Pacific Resilience and Innovation (CAPRI) to participate a panel discussions on Taiwan’s universal healthcare.
CAPRI is an international think tank includes scholars and government officials from Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United States and other Asia-Pacific nations, headquartered in Taipei.
Panelists included the current Vice President of University of Toronto, Deputy Director of Taiwan’s National Health Research Institute, etc.
