Ayanna has a bachelors degree in public relations from Rutgers University.

While at Rutgers she was a part of several dance crews and organizations, she also was given the opportunity to dance and choreograph for her school's dance company various times in the hip hop style.

Ayanna has been dancing for over 20 years in various dance styles and has specialized her training in hip hop across the East Coast in Philadelphia, New York City, and throughout New Jersey. She has trained with various choreographers at studios such as Broadyway Dance Center, Brickhouse Dance, Steps on Broadway, Etc.
