Kathryn Stroppel joined the College of Health in August 2011. She received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri School of Journalism and has spent her career working in health care public relations and marketing. She has experience across the range of health care communications, working in hospitals and health systems, associations and medical schools. Before moving to Oregon State from the Midwest, she was editor of the alumni magazine at A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Mo., and Mesa, Ariz.
