Jon C. Collins, PhD, is Director of Office of Health Analytics at the Oregon Health Authority and an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at OHSU. Jon received his PhD in 1997 in Social Psychology from the University of Georgia.
Shortly after receiving his PhD, he began working in the healthcare research field and has spent the majority of his 20 year career with the State of Oregon. Although he occasionally publishes and presents at national conferences, the majority of his time and work is focused on the practical use of data within state government.
This presentation focuses on the use of data and measurement to drive healthcare transformation in Oregon.
