Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) Training Program

Mentor and Mentee Responsibilities and Relationships

This research training provides guidance for both mentors and mentees involved in research settings. Participants will explore the key roles and responsibilities of each party, learn strategies for establishing effective communication and setting clear expectations, and discuss best practices for fostering a productive and supportive mentoring relationship. The training will cover topics such as providing constructive feedback, navigating challenges, promoting professional development, and establishing healthy boundaries.
