Why did you choose OSU for your Public Health graduate degree?
I chose Oregon State University for several reasons. Firstly, the PhD program aligns perfectly with my research interests and career goals. The faculty members here are renowned experts in my field, and their ongoing research projects are closely related to what I want to explore during my doctoral studies. Secondly, I was fortunate to be offered a graduate assistantship position and a merit-based scholarship, which significantly contributed to my decision and provided me with financial security, allowing me to fully focus on my academic and research goals. Lastly, the beautiful natural surroundings and the vibrant culture of Corvallis were also factors in my decision.
