Why did you choose OSU for your Public Health graduate degree?
I chose OSU for my Public Health graduate degree because of its renowned MPH program in Health Promotion and Health Behavior. The small class size, individualized attention from dedicated faculty, and their strong background in practice-based public health align perfectly with my goal to be a Behavioral Specialist. I believe OSU's program will provide the necessary skills and mentorship to effectively address health challenges and disparities in communities.
What is your favorite course you have taken so far?
Mass Media & Health, Displace Migration and Global Health.
Most memorable experience in the program?
Final project presentation in Mass Media & Health class was about a health campaign that we worked on throughout the term and it was memorable to me because we were imagining to present the campaign in front of stakeholders, governments, and/or target audience. Also, the audience would vote at the end of all campaign which campaigns they will support financially to actually implement the campaign. It was memorable because we had to think about how the project would be interested for the stakeholders to support financially and how can the campaign be useful for the target audience.
