Niddy Lindsley joined the College of Public Health and Human Sciences in June 2015 as an administrative program assistant in the Office of Student Success. Niddy is now both an Assistant to the Associate Dean for Student Success and an Analyst Programmer. After completing her first degree in Applied Mathematics in 1994 in Thailand, Niddy worked for a Japanese firm as an Assistant Vice President for the General Merchandise division. In 1998, Niddy came to pursue 2 additional degrees in the United States. After graduating from OSU with a degree in Computer Science in 2004, Niddy joined OSU as a Lead Web Developer in 2005.
As the College’s analyst programmer, Niddy provides student data to the staff and improves work processes in the Office of Student Success. Niddy also analyzes data involving student success, student retention, enrollment projections, graduation, DFW analysis, etc. She works with staff and faculty within and outside the College, such as the College’s leadership team, program directors, etc.
