Nick's academic interests focus on population impacts of health system policy changes, antibiotic resistance, and the use of non-pharmaceutical interventions. Previous projects included a no-smoking policy interest survey, analysis of MRSA surveillance during the ICD9 to ICD10 coding transition, and policy analysis of STD recommendations. He previously worked as a local epidemiologist and emergency planner.
