My hope is to provide a fun atmosphere where students can be motivated to try new workouts and be able to do more than they even imagined they could. I really enjoy watching people learn more of their own potential.
I have a Master's Degree in Food and Nutrition from Southern Illinois University, it's exciting for me to work both in the nutrition and exercise realms of health.
Courses taught: Body Sculpting and Fitness Walking. I also teach Latin Dance Fusion, Cardio Kickboxing, and Cardio Circuit Weights for the Faculty and Staff Fitness Program.
