Biography

Diana has been steeped in the yoga tradition for over three decades and has taught yoga and yoga philosophy since 2004. Her teaching style is an ongoing synthesis of hatha and vinyasa yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Diana’s classes will often include teachings from yoga philosophy and other contemplative traditions. While she has been influenced by many luminaries and mentors, Diana has always seen life as her greatest teacher and inspires her students to do the same.

Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from Oregon State where she studied the intersection between worldviews, sustainability, and environmental ethics. She is deeply inspired by the natural world, and when outside the studio, she spends her time writing about nature or hiking a Pacific Northwest trail with her favorite canine.
