PAC 130 Conditioning

Total body approach to fitness, cardiorespiratory conditioning, muscular strength and endurance; flexibility emphasized. May follow a specific training format, e.g., ROTC section follows Army conditioning format. This course is repeatable for a maximum of 11 credits.
