PAC 103 Deep Water Aerobics
Deep water aqua-aerobics is a complete exercise program for people of all ages who want to be healthy, active and fit. The format for each class is built around the principle of continuous movement. Each session begins with a limbering up and stretching. The aerobic workout lasts from 20-30 minutes during which the heart rate will be monitored. The cool down phase allows the heart to return to an acceptable lower rate while performing moderate movements and stretching exercises to eliminate muscle stiffness.
PREREQS:
- Participant should be comfortable in deep water
- Skills equivalent to OR completion of Swim 1 | PAC 250
