Oregon Parenting Education Collaborative
Partnering hand in hand with families
Families are their children’s first and most important teachers. Partnering hand in hand with families is critical to make sure community resources and programs support children and families effectively.
As Oregon continues to expand early childhood and parenting programs, Early Learning Hubs and Oregon Parenting Education Collaborative (OPEC) Hubs are creating Parent and Family Leadership Councils to welcome families as essential partners in their communities.
