Group Rate: $192 plus tax/parking per night

To reserve a room at the Hilton Garden Inn and receive the special group rate:

• Call (541) 752-5000 and ask for a room under the “Parenting Educators Conference Block".
• Or Book online.
  (That link will automatically fill the Special Rate "Group Code" field with 90B).

The last day to book with the special rate is Friday March 28, 2025.

Campus parking

If you are parking on campus for the conference, you will need to purchase a parking permit. Please follow all current construction signs and directions.

Reser Stadium parking (26th St and Western Blvd) and the OSU Parking Garage (26th St and Washington Way/SW Western Blvd) are nearest to the venue. Refer to the campus parking maps.

Purchasing options

Daily parking permits are available for $5-7.

• Purchase a visitor parking permit online before arriving. This is an online system and there will be no permit to print/display.
• Purchase a parking permit on your mobile device when you park. This is an online system and there will be no permit to print/display.
• Purchase an hourly or daily parking permit from one of the pay stations (pdf) on campus.
