Ingredients
- 2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce with sauce
- 1 shallot minced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 Tb honey
- 4 oz greek yogurt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 limes, juiced
- 8 oz canola oil
Directions
Makes 9, 2 - Tbsp servings
- In a blender or food processor, process all ingredients except oil. Add in 2 Tb of the canned chipotle pepper adobo sauce or more as needed to enhance flavor.
- Turn on blender or food processor and slowly drizzle in oil until combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper as needed.
