The intent of KIN 409 is to assist the student in gaining valuable hands-on experience in a variety of settings within the field of Kinesiology. These practical experiences provide opportunities to bridge the knowledge acquired in the classroom with hands-on learning opportunities. Practicums are a great way for students to gain practical experience prior to graduation while learning more about their strengths, abilities, and career options.

Orientation videos

The Kinesiology Experiential Learning Internship Orientation videos represent a brief introduction and orientation to completing the Experiential Learning credit requirements for your degree in Kinesiology. Please watch each video, take notes, and then reach out the experiential learning coordinator with questions.
