HDFS Club students volunteer with Corvallis nonprofit Vina Moses

Students from the Human Development and Family Sciences Club volunteered with Vina Moses on March 7, demonstrating their commitment to community service. The Corvallis-based nonprofit provides free, low-barrier assistance to more than 8,000 people annually, including individuals experiencing homelessness and families facing financial hardship.

Through community donations, Vina Moses distributes clothing, household goods, food and other essentials to those in need. The students' participation reflects the College of Health's emphasis on applying academic learning to real-world community challenges and improving the well-being of those around them.
