Jenny Jackson and graduate students publish in Journal of Nutrition

Congratulations to Jenny Jackson, senior author, and her team of OSU graduate students on the publication of their research article in the Journal of Nutrition.

The study, Comparison of an Adapted Food Security Module for College Students with the United States Department of Agriculture Adult Food Security Module, explores how food insecurity is measured among college students and offers insights into more accurate, population-specific tools.
