Congrats to PI Tao Li, MD, Ph.D. and team for developing the 2023 Health Care Workforce Needs Assessment Report for the Oregon Health Authority and Oregon Health Policy Board. This biennial report provides insights into health care workforce needs in communities across Oregon as well as general guidance on how to expand and diversify the health care workforce to meet the needs of patients and communities throughout Oregon and eliminate health inequities.
