Faculty Staff Fitness is now hosting online classes for current and retired OSU faculty and staff, GTSs/GRAs and alumni.

When you register you will receive an invitation to join our page. We will add new content throughout the term to supplement your well-being while being away from your usual fitness routine.
Registration includes complete access to all programs with 10-60 minute formats with pre-recorded, asynchronous access.
Class types include Weight Training, Functional Fitness, Back and Postural Therapy, MS Clinic, Stretching Programs, Gentle Yoga, Yoga I, Yoga II, Relaxation, Pilates, Barre & Pilates Fusion, Swim Land Training, Cardio Kickboxing, Cardio Dance (similar to Zumba), Step Aerobics and Strength Work, High intensity Interval Training, All Levels Cardio, and Running.
There are over 400 classes to choose from and are tailored to your home environment with household equipment such as body weight, soup cans, chairs and broomsticks.
