What do I do with cardboard boxes?

DO NOT leave cardboard in hallways or rooms beside recycle bins.

DO place in cardboard containers outside of the buildings.

All corrugated cardboard boxes must be flattened, and taken to cardboard containers outside of the buildings.

Empty pizza boxes are only OK if not contaminated with food/oil.

Clean portions can be torn off and recycled.

Contaminated portions can be composted or trashed.

Before recycling a cardboard box, make sure to remove all other packaging on and inside the box, like tape, bubble wrap, packing paper, etc.

Then, break down the box before recycling it.
