This report was the first of three reports submitted to the Legislative Task Force on Access to Quality Affordable Child Care as instructed by House Bill 2346. This report covers the current programs, policies, funding, and populations served by child care subsidies in Oregon. The report also addresses the professional development opportunities, accreditation and licensing standards, and recruitment efforts for child care providers.
