Biography

I am currently an Instructor at Oregon State University. I obtained my PhD in Public Health Sciences from UC Davis and my dissertation focused on Health Economics, specifically conducting cost-effectiveness and cost-utility analyses. I have ample experience in public health including the areas of: health economics, social disparities of health, health equity, conducting needs assessments, qualitative and quantitative research as well as working as a graduate teaching assistant for a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses as well as working as a writing fellow. I have worked for both county public health agencies as well as state agencies to improve access to healthcare as well as population's health.

I graduated from Boston University's School of Public Health in 2019. I received my Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of California Davis in 2016.
