Sara's research interests are broadly focused on the intersection between Positive Youth Development (PYD) and sport. She is interested in fostering positive environments in youth sport, or movement contexts in general, in order to promote thriving. She finds importance in promoting positive experiences with movement across the lifespan, to ensure that the benefits of doing sports are being met.
