Hi, I joined the PAC Program in 2022.  I was born in Japan and lived in a few interesting places as a kid but did my real growing up in Corvallis and around Beaver nation.  I love sports of all kinds but my passion is basketball which I played 4 years at the collegiate level. I am a very experienced high school basketball coach and trained many young athletes at multiple programs; I enjoy teaching players of all skill levels and ages. I still play highly competitive hoops today and I frequently participate as a player/coach in elite level Masters Basketball Association tournaments .

I also enjoy reading books and cooking, but what I love the most is spending time with my family - cheering at my daughter's sporting events, traveling, hiking, dining out, and taking car rides to the beach. I am Maria's husband and she is a graduate and long time OSU employee - we have two bright and beautiful daughters including an OSU grad!  Go Beavs!
