For over 20 years, I have been working in the field of behavioral health and prevention, with a passion for empowering individuals and communities to achieve optimal health and well-being. I have a PhD in Health Behavior, an MPH in Social and Behavioral Health, and an M.S.Ed in Mental Health Counseling, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to design, implement, and evaluate effective and culturally responsive programs and interventions.
